A: The deposit is non-refundable. We will be more than happy to reschedule your visit from My Fairy Godmother on another date and time that is available. Yes, in some cases may be able to change your package prior to scheduled date (except custom packages)
Q: Do I the parent/guardian need to stay or can I participate?
A: Yes, it is mandatory that at least one parent/guardian stay at the party location for the duration of the party. We encourage parents, guardians, or grandparents participation in the party.

A: The final guest count will be confirmed prior to the visit from My Fairy Godmother. That is the number that will be used for dress-up, prizes, crafts and activities. Therefore, you will be charged for the confirmed guest count for your chosen package. If they arrive late, they will have to join wherever we are in activities. We are unable to catch-up a guest that has arrived late.
Q: What if I need to add more guests at the last minute?
A: In some cases we may be able prepare for additional guests at the last minute. However, we may need to add the fee charged for the additional guests and rush charge of $5 and up per guest.

A: Based on your package, My Fairy Godmother will arrive in costume between 30 - 60 minutes prior to the scheduled time to set-up. If possible, please hold all guests and pets in separate area while My Fairy Godmother is allowed to set-up quickly. My Fairy Godmother begins promptly at your scheduled party time. Therefore, she may break down promptly at the end of scheduled party time if there may be other scheduled engagements. If needed, you may want to ask guests to arrive a little earlier than the reserved party time to give guests extra time to arrive.
Q: How Far in Advance Do I need to Book?
A: We grateful to be a very busy booking My Fairy Godmother, so I suggest reserving your preferred date and time as soon as possible with a preferred minimum of fourteen (14) days. However, sometimes shorter notice can be accommodated. A $100 Deposit is needed in order to secure your Date and Time. However, we may be able to change your package later if needed in some cases. The balance is due in Cash Only immediately at the end of the party.
A: Yes, We ask that you please provide an area that will be able to accommodate My Fairy Godmother and all participating guests such as a table and a chair for each participating guest. My Fairy Godmother will need active use of a table, chairs, and an electrical outlets. For our pamper package and mini mani, we need use of a tub or sink with hot water. Extra seating and table rental is available for additional $10 and up to your package. If it's an outside an event, an area needs to be covered or shaded for My Fairy Godmother to apply face paint/make-up. Please reserve a parking space close to your entrance door into your party area. Therefore, My Fairy Godmother may enter and exit quickly without disturbing guests.
Q: What do the children wear?
A: For dress-up, We suggest that girls wear leotard and tights for dress-up. An alternative is some sort of thin clothing such as shorts, tanks, and stretch pants weather appropriate. The dress-up is worn over clothing and more comfortable when worn with such clothing. If weather appropriate, girls should wear sandals or flip-flops. It looks better with the costumes. We do not recommend jeans, gym shoes, or dark color clothing. For boys their dress-up can be worn with all clothing. For our Tea Parties, we suggest the girls and boys wear their best dress or favorite costume.

Q: What about Food, Costume, or Cosmetic Allergies?
A: My Fairy Godmother Parties and its owners, operators, and employees assume no liability for food, costume, or cosmetic allergies. Please be sure to check with all guest to ensure there are no known allergies.

A: Gratuity is at your discretion. We do not include it in the price of our packages. However, it will be much appreciated by My Fairy Godmother.

Q: Do you take pictures?
A: Sometimes we take pictures at our parties. We can offer a picture book for purchase if requested in advance. However, we may use your party pictures on our website or any of our promotional material.

Q: What about the boys?
A: My Fairy Godmother Parties keeps boys in mind. She will be prepared for them if she is given an advance notice. She can have dress-up, games and prizes for them as well.

Q: How Far does My Fairy Godmother travel?
A: My Fairy Godmother Parties does not mind traveling outside the Atlanta Metro Area. However, we do need to consider travel expense. The travel fee begins at flat rate of $20 and up depending on distance. The exact amount will be given before you book a party if applicable. (please call for details)

Q: Inclement Weather Policy
A: In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your party. My Fairy Godmother Parties wants safety first for My Fairy Godmother, you and all guests. In addition, your guests may arrive late or not show. Therefore, it's best to reschedule your party for another time that is available.

MyFairyGodmotherParties.com and its owners, operators, and employees assume no liability for any accidents, food allergies, costume allergies, cosmetic allergies, and any other allergy. As the client, you also assume all liability and responsibility for all guests.
My Fairy Godmother Parties and its owners, operators, and employees do not offer name brand, licensed characters, or copyrighted characters. In addition, we are not licensed salon professionals. As the client, you understand when booking that My Fairy Godmother Parties.com does not represent such.
My Fairy Godmother Parties and its owners, operators, and employees services are for entertainment only. In addition, all guests need to be supervised by at least one parent/guardian for the duration of the party.
We do not share information you provide with outside parties except to the extent to complete our services offered. Finally, we never use or share personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to our business. As the client, you have the opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit the use of your pictures on our website or any of our promotional material.
